• For payment collection and refunds, details such as your name, surname, payment amount, payment date, and purchased products are transferred to Iyzico Inc., the payment systems provider on www.mozto.com.
• To deliver purchased products and related invoices, we share your name, surname, and address with the relevant courier companies.
• To fulfill the company’s legal obligations, personal data may be transferred to authorities such as the police, public prosecutor, or courts, upon presentation of legal documentation (e.g., court orders).

In order to respond to customer requests and send commercial electronic communications when consent has been provided, we use email services from providers such as Mailchimp. For these services, your name, surname, and email address are shared with these service providers. These service providers’ servers may be located abroad.

Your requests will be responded to free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the request incurs an additional cost for the Company, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff specified by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
