www.mozto.com üzerinden satın aldığınız ürünleri teslimat tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak iade edebilirsiniz.
Nasıl İade Edilir?
Ürünlerinizi
851394112 müşteri kodu ile MNG Kargo aracılığıyla ücretsiz olarak iade edebilirsiniz.
Farklı bir kargo firması tercih edilirse, gönderim ücreti göndericiye aittir. Kapıda ödemeli iadeler kabul edilmemektedir.
İade Süreci:
Ürünler depomuza ulaştıktan sonra iade koşullarına uygunluğu kontrol edilir. İade talebiniz onaylandığında, ödemeniz 3-7 iş günü içerisinde bankanıza iletilir. İadenizin kartınıza/hesabınıza yansıma süresi bankanıza bağlı olarak değişiklik gösterebilir.
İade Koşulları
• Ürün kullanılmamış, orijinal haliyle ve etiketleri üzerinde olmalıdır.
• Kullanıma bağlı olarak zarar görmüş ürünler (yırtık, deforme, kırık vb.) iade edilemez.
• Yoğun kokulu parfüm veya deodorantlarla denenmiş ve iz bırakabilecek ürünler iade alınmaz.
• Siparişinizle birlikte gönderilen tüm orijinal belgeleri eklemeyi unutmayınız. Faturasız iadeler kabul edilmemektedir.
• Siparişinize dahil olan promosyon veya hediye ürünler varsa, iadeyle birlikte gönderilmelidir.
• Paketin sağlam ve su geçirmez olduğundan emin olunuz. Paket bize ulaşana kadar sorumluluk müşteriye aittir.

Return Policy
You can return products purchased from www.mozto.com within 14 days from the delivery date free of charge.
How to Return?
You can return your items free of charge using MNG Kargo with the 851394112 customer code.
If you choose a different courier company, the shipping cost will be at the sender’s expense. Cash on delivery returns are not accepted.
Return Process:
Once the products reach our warehouse, their eligibility for return will be reviewed. Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed and transferred to your bank account within 3-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your card/account may vary depending on your bank’s processing time.

Return Conditions
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with the tags attached.
• Products that have been damaged due to use (e.g., torn, deformed, broken, etc.) cannot be returned.
• Products that have been tried with strong-smelling perfumes or deodorants that may leave a trace cannot be returned.
• Please make sure to include all the original documents that were sent with your order. Returns cannot be processed without the invoice.
• If your order included any free or promotional products, these must also be returned along with the purchased items.
• Ensure the package is secure and waterproof. The customer is responsible for the package until it reaches us.
