Shipping policy

Our domestic shipments within Turkey are delivered via DHL E-Commerce, while international orders are shipped via DHL.

Standard orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Shipping time may vary depending on the delivery address and peak periods.

The return period is 15 days from the date the order is delivered.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
